Improvement: Lakes and ponds

Project Lakes and ponds 

Me: I’m a resident/student from Tamil Nadu, so in this I’ll focus on my state.


Lakes: In Tamil Nadu there are 6 well-known lakes in the popular city Chennai, one recognized lake in Kodaikanal, 3 familiar lakes in Ooty and 4 notable lakes in Coimbatore and many other recognized yet uncommon ponds.

Purpose of bringing up this: CLEANING UP the lakes and pond Project.


Main AIM: BRINGING UP THE UNDERGROUND WATER LEVELS TO MEET THE STATE’S WATER PROBLEM.
 
What should be done: The richest business-men of that area can be given a LEGAL NOTICE BY THE GOVERNMENT BY A DEAL.


Deal: The person can have HIS/HER NAME TO THE LAKE if the person will be able to clean the Lake or pond No matter how much the cost is.


Underline Fact:
1.   The businessman CAN’T OWN THE LAKE, it still remains in the name of the government, the person can ONLY HAVE HIS/HER NAME TO THE LAKE as most of the lakes have basically the name of the place.
2.  This deal to the businessman is ONLY FOR 99 YEARS after the 99 years another person can come up to take care of the left over responsibility.
3.  The businessman CAN’T FISH IN THE LAKE nor can anyone else can because in the future the politicians can find a fault in this (no offence).
4.  The businessman CAN’T TOLL PEOPLE VISITING THERE, this can be a wait for 2 years to see if the lake has more visits and then the toll can be set up sufficiently to match up the management needs.
5.  One business-man can take care of ONLY ONE LAKE OR POND.
6.  The business-man should be underlined that the HE/SHE IS NOT THE OWNER OF THE LAKE, he can ONLY NAME IT AS HIS/HER NAME.
 
Project:
1.  Deepening the lake.
2.  Cleaning the lake.
3.  Illuminate the lake into a public park.
4.  The lake should be lined for security
5.  Fine should be collected for mismanagement.
6.  Not allowing the people to reside there.


 Advantage
1.  Any richest business men of that area would be ready to accept this.
2.  No money needed from the government side.
3.  Easy way to clean up the lakes.
4.  This will lead to increase in underground water levels.
5.  New way to illuminate the city or the area.
  
Ultimate result
1.  Due to deepening of the lake the under water storage increases.
2.  Cleaning the lake will lead to preventing the spread of diseases.
3.  Illuminating the park will lead to people visiting it and could ultimately become a tourist spot.
4.  The lining for the lake can get people’s trust for visiting the lake as there is no possible danger.
5.  Fine will prevent unnecessary littering in the park.
6.  Not allowing people to reside there will help the businessmen in maintaining the park easily.
7.  As per the deal the permission for 99 years will put in a great amount of interest my person to clean up the given lake.
8.  Due to the underground water levels increase the farmers can be benefitted with their non-stop water problems
9.  The over flow of water in the pond can solve the water problems where the government can link people to the pond or the lake if the water levels are high.
10.                This can break free the traditional rain water harvesting technique.
 
Grand Result: Will suppresses the fight or water not only in our nation after it’s implemented the other nations will also follow our idea in creating the fresh water. 

With all the big plans there can be minor flaws.This can lead to increase in water levels over all world with the global warming active.Global warming can also be brought into control; I do have plans for that.I’ll soon present it to you Mr. Narendra Modi.
